So, I've had some decent sleep and I'm all ready to empty out the last box thinking it holds my teapots. And, it does plus at least a dozen vases, some vintage, some not. Now where am I going to put them, every inch of space is full. I don't need them, not sure I even want them. First, I'll wash the teapots, then decide.

Yesterday I reached max output of physical and emotional energy while trying to put the kitchen back together.  I just kept going because I wanted it done so badly. Woke this a.m. to a dense fog. The pond was invisible and everything was dripping, nice sounds. Had my usual toast and Earl Grey before organizing the closet in the guest bedroom. So, the kitchen continues, every improvement leads to another thing that needs to be updated. It's beginning to be a long haul. It wouldn't seem so long if we hadn't packed everything away 2 wks in advance, thinking the materials would arrive on time. Oops.

Although they didn't get started till after 10 the crew made a vast amount of progress yesterday. All old cabinets ripped out and gone. Countertops off and delivered to Jerome who wanted them for one of his projects. Sub floor under sink repaired. And walls almost painted with first coat.
